QuickBooks Financial Package:

  • Subscription to QuickBooks Online accounting suite
  • Development of Chart of Accounts tailored to your ministry
  • Design of custom reports for church leadership
  • Monthly bank and credit account reconciliation
  • Monthly development and review of financial statements
  • Review and monitoring of ministry check registers and transactions

Payroll Processing and Reporting:

  • Perform payroll processing based on church schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.)
  • Make monthly Federal and State Tax deposits and quarterly payroll tax returns
  • Produce year-end W-2 forms for employees and W-3 transmittal forms
  • Implement Direct Deposit for employees as desired
  • Provide professional monitoring of clergy and church tax compliance

Contributions Posting and Reporting:

  • Post contributions into the church’s ChMS (must be web-based product) or QuickBooks
  • Prepare quarterly and annual contributions reports for members and deliver to church
  • Prepare weekly income statement and distribute to senior pastor
  • Report new donors, significant contributions, and contribution range reports
  • Reconcile contributions with church banking deposit

Accounts Payable and Cash Management:

  • Prepare monthly church payables budget and cashflow forecast
  • Develop and implement staff purchasing and disbursement procedures
  • Implement online bill pay and integrate with Quickbooks accounting suite
  • Disburse funds for trade payables, missions organizations, and volunteer ministries
  • Provide annual 1099 and 1096 reports for vendors and contractors
  • Prepare monthly transaction analysis for leadership review

  • Up to three hours each month of on-site consultation on best practices, policy &
    procedure development, organization development, and process improvement
